Submissions

Submissions to be included must be in the hands of Canadian Publishers 2 months prior to the meeting date.

1st Qrtly is Last Sunday in Oct (Oct 25-2009) submission deadline Aug 24-2009
2nd Qrtly is First Sunday in March (Mar 7-2010) submission deadline Jan 6-2010
3rd Qrtly is Last Sunday in May (May 30-2010) submission deadline March 29-2010
Annual meeting is the Aug 1st long weekend. (Jul 31-Aug 2-2010) submission deadline May 31-2010

We can accept the following types of files:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
JPEGs, TIFs, EPS (photograph resolution must be 300 dpi or more)
Adobe Illustrator Version 10 or less
Quark Express 4 (Mac Version Only)
